Delete Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Pipe Counter.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to the account section.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Review the confirmation and confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the Pipe Counter account and associated cloud account data that can be deleted through the app's account workflow.

Saved scans on your device

If you also want to remove locally saved scan history, use Clear Scan History in Settings. Local files or exports that you copied elsewhere are controlled by the destination where you saved them.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Pipe Counter account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through the store account that purchased them.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@pipecounterapp.com with the subject Pipe Counter Account Deletion. We may need to verify that the request is from the account owner before completing an account-related request.
